Happy Thanksgiving
We would like to wish all of you a wonderful Thanksgiving and a relaxing long weekend! May you find opportunities to make beautiful memories with family and friends. Here is a lovely Thanksgiving prayer:
Heavenly Father, on Thanksgiving Day, we bow our heads to you and pray. We give you thanks for all you’ve done, especially for the gift of Jesus, Your Son. For beauty in nature, Your glory we see, for joy and health, friends and family. For daily provisions, Your mercy and care, these are the blessings You graciously share. So today we offer this response of praise, with a promise to follow You all of our days. Amen.

Water Bottles
It is important for your children to keep well hydrated throughout the day. Unfortunately, many children are coming to school without a water bottle. Please ensure that your child comes to school each day with a water bottle, which can then be refilled using our water bottle filling station, if necessary.

Thanksgiving Food Drive for the Poor Clares
Food drive for Poor Clares Oct. 3-13
Our school would like to welcome the new Sisters who are part of the Poor Clares, with a Thanksgiving Food Drive. We are encouraging all students to bring in non-perishable items that are vegetarian, that we will bring to the Poor Clare Sisters. If our students bring in 200 items, the school will have an extra recess and if we reach our goal of 300 items of food, we will also have a Dress Down Day. Thank you in advance for helping with this important outreach initiative.
