Class Overview
-
Grade 4
Grade Four students are eager, enthusiastic, and growing up! This year is their first year as intermediate students, with higher expectations for student behaviour, academics, and independence. We intend to provide a strong academic program that helps the children to be successful and confident learners.
The British Columbia curriculum lends itself well to field trips in our local environment. A big part of the Grade Four school year will be our participation in “Salmon in the Classroom”. We will engage in activities in and out of the classroom to learn more about our British Columbia ecosystems and the Indigenous peoples of the Fraser Valley. We will use technology to create presentations that demonstrate our learning.
